Payment

Vytal 360 accepts payment via credit card, PayPal and AfterPay.

Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of goods.

Orders, Shipping and Cancellation Policy

When you place an order you can choose to check out as a guest, or create an account, or you can subscribe to have your product delivered to you at intervals that suit you, and pay reduced pricing.

When you create an account, you will be asked to create a customer username and password. By signing-up as a customer, you will assist in ensuring that any future orders you place will be dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In purchases where incorrect information has not given by the customer, Vytal 360 will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries.

Subject to payment of your order, property and risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address.

Once your order has been dispatched by us, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy

We love our products, and we hope you do too! We allow for returns for products that are faulty or damaged only. If you are missing items from your delivery

Faulty Product

In the event that Vytal 360 deems a product to be faulty (A faulty product is defined as one which has arrived to the customer damaged) the following disclaimer will apply.

We are required to state specific information under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Vytal 360 complies with Australian Consumer Law. If you’re not happy with your product due to being faulty or damaged and would like a either a replacement or a refund, please notify us at support@vytal360.com within 3 days of receiving your product.

We love our products, and we hope you do too! We accept returns on all faulty and damaged on verified Vytal 360 products. We ask customers to choose carefully and read all product descriptions, as we do not accept Change of Mind refunds.

Even though we have great results for our products, we do not offer a satisfaction guaranteed policy as everyone’s body is different, and results can vary depending on lifestyle, dietary and environmental factors.

Unused and Unopened

Please note that in cases of return or refund we can only accept products that are unused and unopened.

We reserve the right to do our own testing on the product as required.

However if the product that is returned, is used or opened in any way, we will not accept the return and will not give a refund.

Change of Mind Returns

In the event of a change of mind, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Please note: Vytal 360 is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Please remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. Discontinue product use if a reaction occurs.

Product Issues Report Procedure:

  1. Email support@vytal360.com and advise us within 3 days of receiving your product the nature of the issue. Please include photos in your correspondence where possible.
  2. Specify your order number in email subject line ( you can find it in your order confirmation email)
  3. Identify the issue and detail what the problem is so we can do our best to fix it next time!
  4. We will verify whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement in writing, and provide instructions accordingly to get back the damaged goods from you. Once we verify goods have been received and are damaged or faulty, we require the product be returned to us for testing. Vytal 360 does not take responsibility for return postage in any circumsatnce.
  5. All goods returned must be unopened and unused. If we find goods have been used we reserve the right to refuse replacement of the product and a refund will not be given.

Please note:

  • In line with our return policies all returned products are thoroughly checked and tested, before a refund can be processed.
  • Validation & processing time for a refund may take up to 4 weeks.
  • Vytal 360 will refund the customer the value of the faulty product/s only, return postage costs is the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Vytal 360, our directors, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
