In the event of a change of address being lodged directly with your local post office, Australia Post or directly with a transport provider, Vytal 360 will not be held responsible for any loss or mis-delivery of parcels.
Requests for any change of address; beyond what has been provided during the checkout process, must be made prior to your order being shipped ( you will receive email notification when this has happened). Please contact our support team by email quoting your order number (found in your Order confirmation email) in the subject line, and provide us the new delivery address.

If, incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, Vytal360 will not be held responsible for loss or mis-delivery of parcels.
While Vytal360 take the utmost care in the selection of our third party transport partners, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages that are delayed in transit.
Shipping costs for orders are non refundable, in all cases.
